As a character designer at Walt Disney Animation Studios, Nick Orsi contributed to feature films including Zootopia, Moana, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Frozen 2, Encanto, Raya and the Last Dragon, Strange World, and Inner Workings, and more.

He specializes in pre-production and ideation, applying a big-picture perspective to refine concepts, design cohesive character lineups, and establish visual tent poles that guide production pipelines.

He thrives at the intersection of art, story, and strategy. Recently, he has partnered with writers and directors early in development to build outlines, visualize scripts, set development goals, and support story teams with world-building and character design as projects move toward screenings.
